Meet Bingo! He should hereby be declared as the handsomest, most DASHING 1 1/2 year old BLONDE German Shepherd mixes of all your aquaintances. We are not quite sure what he is mixed with, but he has the look (minus the markings of course) and posture of a pure-bred GSD (with good hips too!). So here is your very first, not quite pure (but might as well be), BLONDE German Shepherd!
Mr. Bingo was rescued at the beginning of this year off the streets in Tijuana. He was very dirty, emaciated, and in need of immediate loving. His rescuer was able to find him a foster home and he stayed there to recover for 6 whole months. During his residence there, Bingo was able to live with and interact with different dogs of different sizes. Needless to say, he is not aggressive with them whatsoever. Most notably, though, he has lived with cats for 6 months, and gets along fabulously with them! His rescuer also reports that he is great around children and all people - men and women - in general. He shares his food and toys with his canine and human counterparts, and is SO calm and easy-going for a young, large-breed dog. He was an indoor-outdoor dog, so we would like to transition him into a more indoor-living type of situation. So, if you are not thinking of adoption, PLEASE consider fostering him as the alternative. He seems to know his basic commands (sit, down, stay, AND shake!), so he just needs to learn his manners in the house. He is quite the strong fella and LOVES to explore, so he could also learn some leash manners as well.
Overall, he is such a mellow, happy, and BEAUTIFUL young dog who would make a fine addition to any home! If you make this guy your new forever furkid, he will let you shower him with love, and that means HUGS and KISSES because he absolutely is not bothered by those.
