This cutie is believed to be siblings with both Sammie and Rosalie. Although they don't look alike in color/coat. We can say there is a lot alike between the trio from body type to facial expressions and look. Like the majority of dogs we rescue who are abandoned or just a product of the huge pet overpopulation this little girl is a HUGE mutt. We don't know her breed. She could have a terrier and retriever because of her looks and current size. BTW as of 3/20 Perlita is about 25 pounds and in the 4.5-5 month old range (going off baby teeth) she was rescued in December but like all pups had to be quarantined for a month before placing for adoption to ensure she is healthy. Now that is march she is fully vaccinated and healthy girl who is currently fostered with a friend of ARWOB in Ensenada. Mexico as that is where these puppers where rescued, in baja. Luckily Sammie and Rosalie are in san diego being fostered but we haven't had luck finding a foster for this girl. We would love to find a foster (temporary only home) or a foster to adopt family (foster with intent to adopt) so we can get this girl across and we can giver her a better life. Fostering would allow ARWOB to know more about her to match her iwth a family and for an adoptive family a way to get to know her before adopting her. A win win! Its all about helping this little girl be safe and find a forever family either way. We prefer to spay female rescues in San Diego and hence not yet spayed so her foster family would need to be comfortable bringing her to and from the vet clinic in the north park area 92104, we can schedule the spay appointment once we have a secure foster for her in the San Diego area..... as of 3/21 this information is accurate.
NOTE - Rosalie and Sammie have an amazing personality and we know Perlita does too! We do know she is very human friendly and social as well as currently shares the home with other foster and resident dogs.
