Meet Payley!
Payley was rescued from a family who took her in as a very young puppy, but never provided any medical attention for her as she was just something the family wanted for their kids.
ARWOB originally rescued her Mom, Bayley, and her sisters, Hayley and Kayley, but we were too late to rescue Payley. We did ask the family to contact us if they ever could not have her instead of letting her loose in the streets of Tijuana. Sure enough, they contacted us in early August to say they no longer wanted her so we happily took her in.
Since she never received vaccines, she will not be ready for adoption or fostering until the first week of September, at which point we can start setting up meet and greets with potential families.
She is gentle, submissive and a tad shy, but very sweet and loves to be petted!
