Keith Blackburn for Carlsbad Mayor

ARWOB would like to give a HUGE thank you to Keith Blackburn for his efforts in helping several animal rescue organizations in need, including ARWOB. He has helped us TREMENDOUSLY in obtaining much needed funds for our organization during his fundraiser for major of Carlsbad. Keith is well-known for helping out around the community including assisting his fellow community members and passionately dedicating over 40 hours of community service monthly at the Carlsbad animal shelter! Want to meet our animals? Come visit us at our scheduled adoption events! We try to schedule events every month so you can have a playdate with the dog or cat you are interested in. Check below to see when and where our events will happen.

ARWOB Adoption Events are held at least once a month at various locations across San Diego

Do you want to meet one of our animals prior to the event?

**If you would like to meet with any of our adoptable cats or dogs before the events, fill out an adoption application online FIRST, then please call us at (619) 977-3593 to schedule a playdate any day of the week between 9am and 7pm. Otherwise, a volunteer will contact you within 24hrs to schedule a play date. Our animals are usually located in the Mission Valley area.

Dog & Cat Adoption Event

Look for us outside to the right of the entrance. Our dogs will be in pens and our cats in their condo's

ADOPTION EVENTS for September:

DOG & CAT ADOPTION EVENT, Saturday, September 18th from 11am-2pm at the Petco in Del Mar.
