10/22/23 UPDATE from Teapot's foster family:
"Teapot is the sweetest little girl! She wants to be with us 24/7 and has plenty of purrrs and kisses to offer. Teapot is obsessed with toy fur mice and will fetch, toss it, then carry it away. She also loves the dangling toys. Teapot is so full of love for her people! She come to us often to be held and get kisses. She is very affectionate and sooo cute! She “talks” a lot (yes, we have conversations) and will charm you with her cooing little voice. Teapot is very active so will require lots of interactive play with you and other furries. Teapot is being fostered with Teaberry and they get along nicely. Both are really gentle kitties with each other (even when wrestling) and with us. They sleep on our bed at night. A great pair!"
ORIGINAL RESCUE STORY:
Teapot is as adorable as they come. Sweet, gentle, social and playful. Typical kitten full of sweetness and fun. As of 10/05 she is approx. 4 mo/4lbs and is felv/fiv negative. READY for adoption.
She was rescued in the landfill in Ensenada, Mexico in August. Fostered in Baja and has been in San Diego in foster since mid-September getting her medical done. She is currently fostered in a home in the 92117-zip code with her foster sibling Teaberry. They do NOT need to be adopted together but we do request a home with another feline friend. To meet her or them, we request a cat adoption application submitted online at ARWOB.org for review. Please, call or email us if you have not received a reply within 2-3 days of submission. If we receive your application, you will receive an automated email sent to you confirming receipt when you submit your application. We need to fully approve an application to schedule a meeting at their foster home.
