Thank you ARWOB! Sherlock came to me as a foster 1 year ago today. Within 2 days, I knew he would be a foster failure. He is a crazy ball of energy who makes me laugh every day. I have never met a snugglier pup. I can't imagine being without him now. You all do such great work. Cheers to all of you!
Sandy (on the left) continues to be very happy in her new home! She and Cozy (on the right) are good buddies.
Saya has been renamed to Sydney. She is loved in her new home, and is semi-spoiled. These days, she attends Camp Run-a-Mutt on thursdays or fridays. She even has a 'boyfriend', aka the dog next door. Sydney catches frisbees with ease, and then returns it. The only problem is that she does not want to let the frisbee go. Sydney is a playful female-loving dog. She just is not used to the 6 foot tall boys who come through our door. Overall, she goes to the beach and park, and is just a loving dog.(Written 01/23/2013)
"I made an appointment for Abby to get spayed at our vet (ABC Veterinary in San Marcos) on August 13th. I will send you the certification when I get it. Abby is doing really good and we love her so much. Thank you so much for all you do for these animals. You are truly an angel and we will do whatever we can to support ARWOB in the future. Attached are some pictures of our girl. Please feel free to forward them to her foster mom." --Kelly (8/4/11)
"I hope all is well with you. I thought I’d shoot you a quick email and let you know that Maya is doing great in our family. She is now about 40lbs, showing some signs of a shepherd and is very smart. She sits any time she wants a treat, loves her toys, knows “down” and “shake”, listens well and is a GREAT little girl. ))) I am waiting to hear back from Wisdom Panel to see what breeds she is made out of." --Dasha (7/15/11)
