Apollo and Champion (fka Mango and Kumquat) love to sleep with my daughter and love, love, love!! to look out the window and enjoy the ocean breeze as it goes through the house. Apollo is the lighter colored one, where Champion is a little darker. Apollo is very friendly and loves to eat (and try to escape out the back sliding door). He is the first one to greet you when you get home for the day. Champion is more reserved, but donât let that fool you, he is the trouble-maker and gets himself into a lot of trouble. He gets up on top of the counters and the top of the cabinets when he thinks no one is home. He has been found in many precarious positions. Champion is a snuggler when he likes you, where Apollo will snuggle with anyone. When my daughter is on the trampoline, they will sit by the back window and cry for her to come back in. She is very good to them and you can definitely tell she is their favorite!!!
"We adopted our little boy Branch at the December 3, 2016 adoption event at Grossmont Center. Branch is doing great. He's got many siblings, dogs and cats, to play with and loves to ride in the car every day. Best car dog ever. Branch just graduated from obedience school and his photo is too adorable not to share. His best friend is Jeanne, a white female Chihuahua that was rescued from the Downey shelter. I don't think Branch realizes he's grown a bit! Enjoy and thank you for all you do!"
"Hello! I wanted to send some update pictures on Olivia (formerly Bessie). She's growing so quickly and is such a happy little girl!! She's doing great with training, very food motivated. She loves us and we love her! Thank you so much for all that you do. Without you ladies we would not have known Olivia's love. She has helped heal our hearts tremendously after losing both our dogs to medical conditions last year. The picture of her sleeping was taken just now. She is always snuggled up to one of us. She's got so much love to give! Thank you again!!"
Michael was recently adopted and is enjoying his new home with his doggie brother Mike (ARWOB alumni). We love when former adopters come back to us and adopt another one of our rescues!! A match made in heaven!
