We received this wonderful update about Rose (fka Doggie) and Daisy (fka Kittie), who were adopted together in May 2021. Here is what their new family has to say:
"Kittie (Daisy) and Doggie (Rose) are doing great. They have both adjusted really well to our home and our other two cats, Violet and Wesley. They are so sweet and loving. We love having them, and they seem very happy to be with us. Thank you for trusting us with them."
We received this wonderful "pupdate" for Carson (fka Cotton) and Maddox (fka Kix). Carson was adopted from ARWOB in April of 2013 and Maddox was adopted recently in 2019. They are enjoying life with their loving, adoptive family!
"I was sitting with the pups and just thinking how much joy they have brought to our lives and wanted to send you (another) thank you. :) Carson and Maddox are a happy little pack. Maddox has just blossomed into THE SWEETEST little guy ever. He loves everyone and every dog- and is so trusting. Thank you for these precious gifts in our lives - and for everything you do."
ARWOB received this amazing update about Udon (fka Kanga) and Roo:
"We absolutely adore these two little ones! Over the past week, we have learned that these two are more cuddly and lovable than we ever could've hoped for. Roo absolutely loves following us around anywhere we go in the house and always has to be involved in everything we do. And if she is not being included in an activity, she will definitely make her presence known with her little meows. We decided to rename Kanga as Udon. Udon is so lovable and cuddles with us anytime we sit down. He is also far less mischievous than his sister, although he is silly in his own way. We bought him a cardboard scratcher and instead of scratching it like a typical cat, he prefers to sit there and chew on it. He seems to try to put everything in his mouth and it's good that we are finding this out now so we can make sure to cat-proof everything in our house as we unpack! Roo and Udon are absolute sweethearts and we are very happy we decided to adopt these two as a pair. They spend their entire days together either snuggling or playing together. We have also learned that these two absolutely love to watch TV with us and it's adorable. Big thanks to ARWOB for raising such little perfect sweethearts! We just hope they don't grow up too fast..."
We had this lovely Facebook update about Apollo and Champion (fka Mango and Kumquat)!
All three of our kitties are from ARWOB. Apollo and Champion (orange tabby) are brothers and have been with us almost 3 years now and Oreo came to us in January of this year because my son felt bad that she was there for all but a year. They are an amazing organization to work with and I’m so happy we adopted through them! Stop out and adopt! You won’t be disappointed!
We received this wonderful update about Maddox (fka Kix). Maddox is enjoying his brother Carson (fka Cotton), who was also adopted from ARWOB.
"I wanted to thank you both SO VERY MUCH for your help in bringing so much love and joy from Maddox into our lives. He's without a doubt the sweetest puppy I've ever known. He literally melts into us when he wants snuggle time. EVERYONE in our neighborhood is in love with him - he's eager to say "hi" and give smootches to all. He's super playful with us and other dogs. He sleeps through the night, lets us know he has to go out (only a few accidents in the first few days as he was figuring out the new routine). He's also awesome letting us know if it's urgent and needs to go up on the roof NOW (little grass patch there is working!). I don't want to jinx it, but he's about as perfect as can be!"
