We received a sweet "pupdate" for Jovie (fka Candy) who was adopted from ARWOB in February 2022. Her adoptive dad had this to say about her:
"Thanks for reaching out. Jovie (formerly Candy) has settled in nicely with our family. She is almost 6 months old at this point and she knows basic commands and is crate trained. She is also doing a great job with potty training. Jovie has a lot of energy! We take her and our other dog, Lolita, on 3 walks per day and she loves playing in our backyard, chasing or being chased by Lolita. Her favorite toy is a tennis ball and she entertains herself a lot of the time just chasing her ball around the house. Jovie is as sweet as can be and we thinks she’s as happy to be part of our family as we are to have her. Thanks so much for allowing us to adopt her!"
We received a wonderful update about Luther (fka Black Panther) when we reached out to his adoptive parents to find out how their new ARWOB pup is doing. They adopted Luther the kitty in April 2018 and just adopted Milly the dog in February 2022. We were delighted to find out they are great friends and that both ARWOB alumni are doing great!
We received a wonderful update for Milly, who was recently adopted from ARWOB in February 2022. She joined an ARWOB alum named Luther (fka Black Panther) that was adopted from ARWOB back in April 2018. They are great pals! We just LOVE repeat adopters! Here is what their adoptive mom had to say when we reached out to see how Milly is doing:
"Milly is doing great and getting along fabulously with our two cats and Dave's daughter's golden retriever Riley. Both cats are rescues too, and Luther (Black Panther) is also ARWOB alumni. We started a group training class a few weeks ago at Milly's doggie day camp place - she goes to camp to socialize with other dogs 1-2 days a week - so far we have completed 3 sessions with 3 more to go for this class. She loves to walk and hike, and she is starting to run with us as well."
Wow! What a lovely update about Celine (fka Buttercup) and Nova (fka Lunita)! These two adorable kittens were adopted together in February 2022. Their adoptive mom shared this wonderful update with us:
"The babies are doing great! They are now Celine (FKA Buttercup) and Nova (FKA Lunita), and they are just the joy of my life. They are super cuddly, loving and playful. They adore each other and they're usually cuddled on me or around me and we're just a happy little family. Celine has the loudest purr that she wakes me up every morning with, and Nova just loves to be next to me or directly in my lap as long as possible. They both love pets and cuddles, and their favorite toys are the laser, toy mice, and fuzzy balls. Adopting with ARWOB was such a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone!"
