We received a fantastic "pupdate" about Jake (fka Jacinto), who was adopted in June 2020. Here is what his adoptive mom has to say about him:
"This is Jake (from State Farm!). We celebrated a year of having him in the family this June. He is the best boy and fit right into our family. He goes everywhere with us and especially loves the dog park and dog beach in the mornings. He is always looking for a cuddle or a pet. He loves our kids, especially the toddler, who leaves a trail of snacks around the house. He didn't grow too much since we took him home but gained about 10 lbs to make his adult weight 55-60lbs. We didn't do any formal training outside the house but we did work on resource hoarding and training at home. He goes right from the house to the car and the car to the house without a second thought. At the dog beach he will go 100 yards ahead to play with a pup but always comes right back to check on us and make sure we're still there. He is great with other dogs and literally smiles when we go to the dog park or beach. He was the best part of an absolutely awful quarantine year and we are so happy he picked us to be his humans!"
We received this adorable photo of Flynn (fka Flannery) with his new feline brother Dwayne. Flynn was adopted in May 2021 and he is already best friends with Dwayne. He is living his best life with his new adoptive mom and feline brother!
We received a sweet update about Bonita and Flora, who were adopted together in June 2020. This is what their adoptive mom has to say about them:
"I’ve attached some pictures of the cats, now named Sukoshi & Miso. They are doing great and are amazing additions. They are the sweetest pair."

We received a spectacular "pupdate" about Nyx (fka Presley), who was adopted in June 2020, as well as another ARWOB alum named Tully (fka Acacia), who was adopted from us in July 2017. Their adoptive mom told us that Nyx and Tully are best friends. We really love repeat adopters!
