We received a great update about Nash (adopted May 2021) from his adoptive Dad!
"Thanks for checking in! He’s doing great! First day was an adjustment period but ever since then each day has been smooth sailing. I introduced him to the bird the second day and he doesn’t really pay attention to him. The bird also ignores the dog for the most part so it seems that they’ll coexist without issues like I anticipated. The pup is enjoying his new home and his exercise he gets daily and I’ve not noted any behavior issues other than typical dog stuff like chewing on something he mistakes for a toy. Crate training is going great too and he falls asleep at nights very easily!"
Well then, receiving this update made us SO Happy!! Moana was rescued with her pups and as usual the pups were adopted, while Moana lingered with ARWOB for 14 months! We are SO excited to see this PUPDATE her mom sent our way!

We are on a roll!! We received another great "pupdate" from a repeat adopter. Olive (fka Lucky Lady) was adopted from ARWOB in October 2014. Lili (fka Lupita) just joined this wonderful family in April 2021. They both won the jackpot! Here is what their adoptive Dad has to say:
"Lili (formerly Lupita) has settled into her furever home quite nicely. Potty/kennel training are improving and she just started Puppy Training last week. She's such a sweet little girl who loves to cuddle during movie nights out on the patio. I've included a photo of Lili with another ARWOB alum: Olive (formerly Lucky Lady). Lili just loves her big sister! They spend a lot of time playing in the back yard and napping when Lili isn't in her kennel. She's growing pretty quickly lengthwise, but hasn't gotten much heavier: a bit under 30 pounds, I'd guess. Overall, we've still some training challenges, but she's family now and here to stay!"

We love when we receive "pupdates" from repeat adopters! Reese (fka as Pinkie Pie) was adopted from ARWOB at the start of this year. Laddie joined Reese last month and they are BFFs. Here is what their adoptive mom has to say about these two cutie pies:
"Reese (fka Pinkie Pie) & Laddie are settling in very well! They cannot get enough of each other, constantly playing or napping together. Laddie is growing very quickly, already doubling his size in the month that we’ve had him. We think he’ll be a larger dog than what was originally predicted, which is definitely fun and exciting. At ~4 months old, Laddie is around the same size as Reese who’s now ~7 months old. These 2 have very different/opposing personalities- Reese is a timid and gentle soul, while Laddie is a curious social butterfly. They’re both relatively quick learners and are potty trained (thank goodness since we have carpet haha)! In terms of training, they’re both pretty food motivated so it’s been really fun coming up with new tricks and games to teach them."
