Everest (fka Sol) was adopted from ARWOB in February 2021. Here is what her family has to say about her:
"Everest (the puppy formerly known as Sol) is adjusting great! She made it through her spay and has settled in nicely to our home. She particularly likes finding sticks to chew in the backyard, lying on top of our other dog Brumble, and getting love from whatever family member she can. I often find her lying on her back on the lawn basking in the sun. She appears to be a very happy dog!!"
Angel (fka Violet) was adopted from ARWOB in February 2021. Her adoptive mom shared some photos (including one of her other kitty Charmin). Angel is the younger kitty in the pink harness. This is what her adoptive mom has to say about her:
"Angel (aka Violet) has settled in very well. She and Charmin are enjoying each other's company and Angel has gotten to the other canine fur babies. I think she is pretty happy...I know we are!"
We received a lovely update about two kitties adopted from ARWOB. Jade/Mumsy (fka Nubb) and her son Jasper/Muppet (fka as N2) were adopted together in April 2020. Here is what their adoptive mom has to say about them:
"The kids are happy and healthy. We renamed them of course, Nubb is officially Jade, but we call her Mumsy. Her boy was renamed Jasper, but we call him Muppet -- it fits his personality. Mumsy has calmed down now and not so jumpy, she tumbles and plays with her boy and they chase each other around. They both enjoy sitting up in the window and make chittering noises when a bird comes close. Mumsy will eat everything she can get her paws on, so I make their food from scratch which ensures a good balance and they are much more satisfied after a meal. Mumsy is a quiet cat, calm and sweet. Muppet is very vocal and yells loudly when he wants attention, which is often when my husband is in a zoom meeting for work, so his co workers are very familiar with Muppet on screen. He loves playing fetch before bedtime, so we throw his favorite crinkle mouse for him which he promptly fetches and brings it back for us to throw again, he is so entertaining."

We received a fantastic "pupdate" about Dante (fka Dominic), who was adopted in April 2020. This wonderful family also adopted a kitty named Pepper from ARWOB in June 2016. They came back to us when they were ready to adopt a puppy! Here is what they have to say about Dante:
"Dante (previously Dominic) was adopted by our family in April 2020. It was love at first sight! We named him after the dog from the movie Coco because of his goofy, puppy like personality and loving demeanor. He truly is our spirit animal and protector! Despite being a tripod, Dante loves taking his daily walks! His favorite past times are chasing lizards in the yard and playing catch. He is very smart and loves learning new tricks. Although he is full of energy, he is also the biggest snuggle bug and loves to curl up and watch movies after a long day. He is the best good boy in the whole world! Dante is the second pet we have adopted from ARWOB. We are so grateful for this organization and what you do for these animals. Our lives wouldn’t be the same without them!"
