Meet Pearl!
Not only is she beautiful, but she is very sweet, loving, and outgoingi... just a gem of a girl who loves attention and loves to be around people.
Pearl has been a hospital cat thanks to an amazing veterinarian who has given her safe heaven for a few months now, but a vet hospital is nowhere to live your life and as long as she continues to linger there, other kitties who are in trouble and need help can't receive it because she is taking that spot.
We must find Pearl an amazing family who understands what FIV is as a medical condition, however it is NOT one to be feared (and should not be mistaken as feline leukemia) as most fiv kitties live long, happy and healthy lives.
She currently lives with a couple of other adult negative kitties (see picture) precisely because fiv is NOT infectious to other cats unless by blood ( a cat bite or horrible cat fight. We are talking BAD... not just typical random daily swats) so she is best in a home with other cats or a home which has children or other adults so she is not lonely. She is ok with dogs as well as cats and a family with kitties is absolutely ok.
She is a WONDERFUL CAT... a great social, playful, loving companion and we would love your help to see that she receives a HAPPY ending to her story and the forever home that she is dreaming of.
