To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Meet Jingles!

Jingles and his mama, Bell, were rescued as strays from the streets of Tijuana and we are grateful that a rescuer took them in and notified us so that ARWOB can find them a forever home.

Jingles is young kitty...still considered a kitten. He is SUPER sweet, but a little scared right now because we just took him in and he is now in a different environment than with his rescuer ( now being at one of our adoption centers with numerous kitties and many different people visiting).

Update: One of our volunteers has this to say about him: "Mr. Jingles settles down in laps now comfortably, is so cute, and very sweet and playful (when he isn't cuddling). He is still shy at first, but won't stop loving on you once he knows you a little more!"
