Meet Bobby! Bobby is a super sweet dog that was rescued from the Mexicali dog pound. We don’t know how he came into the shelter, but he was likely a stray. ARWOB was able to exit him along with several other dogs. When Bobby meets other dogs, at first he can sometimes act a bit manly and will jump really high when he is excited and happy. But the truth is, he is a big ham and loves to play with other dogs both large and small. Bobby is great with people and children and does okay with cats. He is currently learning to become house trained, but he has not had any accidents in the house or in his crate. He is still learning crate training, but is doing well learning how to be comfortable in his crate. Bobby can become vocal when he hears another dog bark, so his ideal situation will be with a family with a home and a yard or with an adopter who is a stay-at-home mom or retiree. That way he will get the attention he needs and someone to help him learn vocalization manners when he gets excited.
We are looking for a foster and/or an adopter for this wonderful little man. Won’t you consider giving Bobby the love he deserves? If you are interested in fostering or adopting this handsome guy, please fill out an online application. Don’t wait!
