We think penny is a sweet little gal!
Penny was rescued from Tijuana while seen scavenging for food in the trash. She was hungry and just a matted little girl. We could say a 'walking mop' best describes when a volunteer first found her. She was immediately taken to the groomer and is all shaved down but we know she will have the most amazing coat once it grows back. If you are looking for a gentle sweet loving soul, Penny is your girl!
