To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet April!

This cutie is an amazing small/medium size little terrier. She was rescued by an indie rescuer who lives in tijuana and encountered her outside of her work scavanging through trash, a very mangie dog with almost no hair and visibly a young pup at only 3-4 months old. She was under quarantine, started mange treatment and then vacciantions. She is now fully recovered and more than READY to find her forever family. She is crate trained but also pee pad trained She currently lives with her rescuer in tijuana but she would be happy to drive her up to meet her new family. She is UTD on all medical, spayed, chiped, etc. She lives in a home with children, cats and dogs. She is a total cuddle bug who loves to go under the covers and take naps in bed, be next to you in the couch and VERY athletic she loves to run with her doggy friends. SO, overal your typical happy go lucky teen pup who will likely grow up to be in the 20-30lb range.
