To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Carmen and her crew of 5 ( 1 boy/4 girls) were rescued by one of our volunteers who is visiting Guadalajara Mexico and encountered this poor dog in the streets who had just given birth to 5 pups. She took them to her home and has been carring for them through the month of August. The pups will be arriving san diego via flight 9/9 and we need to find a foster family for the pUps.

pupdate: 09/23/19
johnny, maria and aurore are the last 3 pups.
Currently appeox 8 lbs and 2.5mo we think they will grow to be in the 35-45lb range full grown.
their mom Carmen is a shepherd/terrier mix approx 30lbs who may reach 35 lbs once she gaines weight.

Pups have a great personality, crate trained, social, fantastic with people, dogs and cats.
