Meet Botitas and Sombrita (a bonded pair)! Because they are a bonded pair, they must be adopted together. Just think how much fun you will have with two incredible boys -- it will be double the fun!
Update 6/25/20: Here is what our foster family has to say about Botitas and Sombrita:
“I would definitely say Botitas and Sombrita are bonded. They often sleep snuggled together and groom each other. They have both learned to play fetch and politely don’t chase each other’s toys when a game is in progress.”
Update 5/25/20: Here is the update we have received from his foster family:
“Botitas is a sweetheart who loves being petted and curling up next to you on the couch. He is also an adventurer, looking for the highest point in the house he can reach. He loves to play, both on his own and with his brother Sombrita. He is very interested in the world and can spend hours sitting in a window checking on the happenings outside.”
Original Rescue Story:
Botitas and Sombrita were rescued when they were only a couple of months old by a good sam in Ensenada. The family was not able to find them a home and sought help from ARWOB in order to relinquish them to our group so we could place them in our adoption program. We know they are very friendly, outgoing, social kitties who lived in a home with cats and dogs. They are now in San Diego and could use a forever or temporary home. The boys should stay together and both are teens who are almost full grown. To adopt or foster submit an application online arwob.org
