Meet Violet!

Update: 2/11:

Violet had a third digit toe amputation on her left front paw on 2/5 and is now healed, the sutures are off so she is ready for adoption and to find her forever home!

Violet is a very gentle/cautious kitty who first observes unfamiliar things like meeting new people or being in new homes. But, as soon as she feels comfortable, she will start to explore and befriend both human and cat friends alike. She is a submissive, quiet Kitty who is playful, but not crazy. A very loud and active household would likely not be a good match for this quiet, gentle girl.

UPDATE 1-21-21:
Here is what Violet's foster mom has to say about her:

"She’s shy at first but once warmed-up is an actively curious and playful cuddler. She loves to fetch small toys as well as receive chin and head scratches. Violet also enjoys head butting hands and napping next to you. She is a little sensitive to noises and doesn’t really like to be picked up for too long."

ORIGINAL RESCUE STORY:

Adorable little Violet was rescued from the streets of Ensenada, Mexico.  She is a bit shy at first, but once she warms up she is extremely loving and sweet.  She is currently being fostered alone as an only kitty, however she was fostered in an previous home with other cats.  She has not been around dogs, so we are not sure how she will be with them.  However, we think she would likley be okay with dogs.

Priority will be given to adopters who have another cat living in the home. If you are considering adopting and do not already have another animal at home, please consider adopting another ARWOB kitten, teen, or adult as well. Kittens are very cat oriented. As with all young kitties, Violet would be much too lonely without a companion when you are not home. This way she will have another kitty to play and cuddle up with when you are not with her.  As an added bonus, having two will double your pleasure and fun as well!

If you would like to adopt this adorable little girl, please submit an application online at www.arwob.org
