|
Rohanna is an adorable baja mutt small breed. She looks like a little terrier with a wire-haired around her face hence we believe she likely has poodle mix and of course some sort of smaller breeds too. Rohanna has longer skinny legs, a bit taller than some of her other siblings. We expect she will grow into the 15--25 pound range so likely 20 pounds. Ro was rescued along with her 6 siblings. All have been adopted except for her sis and best friend Rohini. Both sweethearts are fostered together along many other arwob rescue dogs and cats. If anyone is looking to add TWO friends to their home, THESE girls would be a dream partners. They aren't bonded but compliment each other so fantastic. They look different as Rohana is taller and thinner while her sister Rohini is a little low rider and thicker (sturdier looking ha!) they do have the same color pattern. We know these girls so well since they have been with her foster since New Year and came in weighing only 6 pounds and 2 months old, sadly they haven't found their home but we can say you will not find more loving well behaved sweeties than these babes (ok, we are biased) but they have not been nothing but a pleasure to foster and have hosted as they never give any trouble. They are healthy fully vetted and done with their medical. Super social and loving with people, fantastic with all dogs personalities as well as cats. Not barky small breeds, fantastic in the crate as they sleep 9hrs at night without a problem and through the day they take a couple hours in the crate for naps. We can't say enough how happy someone will be to adopt one or both girls. If they can't be adopted together it would be perfect if they can be adopted by someone with another dog or plan on having them involved with many dogs through the days to have canine friends and companionship. They adore humans but if you are looking to add a dog to your home for solely your companionship, these girls are not the ones for you. They need doggy friends in their life.
Warning!
These little siblings are THE cutest babies both physically and behaviorally.
Meet the 'Ro' litter composed of 5 girls and 2 boy total. Rescued mid December off the busy highway that connects Tijuana to Ensenada. Their rescuer noticed a small little head off a sack of potato's laying on the road and thank their lucky guardian angels they noticed that as they pulled over, walked over and realized there were 7 little babies just tossed like trash. Sadly, its a common story in rescue and not the first or last time we encounter these scenarios but we are thankful this time none were harmed and all are now done with their quarantines and vetting which means they are READY for adoption.
These pups are baja mutts. They range from largest to smallest in the 6-4 pounds (as of february they are in the 8-10 pound range) and as February approaching 4 months old which means they likely will grow up to be in the 15-25 pound range (prob 20lbs)
The pups seem to be a terrier mix, some look more like a doxie and others like wire haired terriers. They have been fostered at casa de ARWOB since the first week of January and are such good little guests. They adore ALL dogs and cats. ALL are energetic, happy, loving and social with a beautiful personality who love humans, dog and cats. They are young babies so DO NOT inquire about them if you are not ready to puppy train ei house/potty train. They currently are crate trained and do great.
Rohini - is the only one with a doxie body (shorter legs and stalky body)
Rohita - is the smallest of the girls with more of a dainty body
Rochan - is the sturdiest who looks like an adorable itty bitty mini lab vs doxie. She and Rohana are the tallest.
Rohana - is the only wired haired who looks a little like a schnauzer mix.
They are just the best and if anyone is able to adopt a pair of sisters they would be so happy! the second best would be a family who has other dogs at home big or small and of course last best matched would be a family who if they do not have dogs at home they are interested in keeping their dogs happy by socializing with other dogs.
As of the first week of February the girls are sterilized and fully vaccinated. They will be making a debut at the MEGA adoption event coming up 2/15 and we hope you can make it! If not, feel free to submit an application online at ARWOB.org to schedule a meet and greet.
