Scheduled Adoption Events

Lizzie was rescued in National City from a backyard breeder.

Lizzie is the "daughter" of Luannie and the "sister" of Louise. (Luannie and Louise are also available and looking for a home.) All 3 girls were outside dogs in very filthy living conditions. They were extremely matted, flea infested, and had horrible skin infections before we found them. They were rescued just in time; right before they would have been used to have more babies. These poor little girls were pretty much used for their bodies and were never treated as family pets. They all have such amazing, sweet, docile, loving, and silly personalities!

We would love to find Lizzie a permanent home where she could finally live life as somebody's companion! She is a very loving little girl who could never hurt anyone. She is very safe around children, dogs, and cats!

Lizzie can be adopted into a family with other pets but she would also do amazing as a single pet! She would absolutely love all the attention if she were the only pet. Lizzie can be adopted into an apartment or home setting. She may be adopted by someone who works full-time (no more than 8 hours a day) or better yet, adopted by retiree.

She is crate-trained, walks well on a leash, and behaves very well in a car. She is not a huge barker and she loves cats, children, and other dogs. She has such a sweet personality! 

Lizzie and her family can of course be adopted or fostered seperately or together!
