Mei's rescue:
She was found outside the building of a General Hospital in calle Reforma Ensenada, Mexico. This is a very busy street (cars and people traffic). We believe she was abandoned there in hopes that she would be picked up. This was on 5/22/12, so she is a recent rescue.
Little Mei had Parvo virus and is now completely recovered! She had a few couple of rough days but she managed to come out of it and fought like a champ!
She is in great health and as of 6/17 she has had 2 out of 3 of her puppy vaccination series.
She is currently 6 pounds and believe she is a shep/lab/terrier mix who as a young baby when first rescued looked a lot like a pug/chi mix! This little girl is just an amazing looking and loving sweet pup who will be a perfect medium size when full grown with a large breed dog look. If you have always wanted a large breed dog but were worried about size Mei is the perfect dog for you!
Mei's temperament:
Happy, loving, playful, healthy with a strong personality and she likes to be around people or dogs. She is a smart pup who likes to learn.
She is crate trained and learning how to walk on the leash. She does very well in the car.
Working on house training but she is a pup so needs an adopter with time on their hands to potty train and take to training classes.
