Big Bear's picture says it all! He is one handsome Pit bull, just look at that face, how could you resist? He was rescued by his foster family while they were traveling on the Holidays. The poor guy! They found him abandoned, scared and starving on the road. Many would have seen the stereotypical mean dog and not have stopped to help the poor fella', but this family knew he needed help and were not scared by the big mean Myths of the PIT BULL. Now Big Bear is now waiting eagerly to meet his new family.
This is what his foster mom has to say about him:
According to the vet he is probably just under a year old, full pit bull and he is in good health and has a great disposition. He is energetic and listens well for a young dog, he looks thin but the vet says for his breed he is just right. He would do great in a home with a large yard, a family willing to take him places (he loves car rides). He sits on command, has not shown any aggression to people or other dogs. He just wants to play.
