Special Needs: Having only three perfect legs, isn't really a special needs but Blue has had more than her fair share of challenges. When a volunteer found her on a rainy evening in Tijuana, she was laying on the side of a populates street after being hit by a car. Sadly, her back leg was severely damaged. Wet and Scared, Blue trusted the Volunteer and Vet to help bring her back to a healthy state. The Vet did the best she could but partial amputation was needed. Yes, it is sad but Blue will show you what a courageous spirit she is as she enjoys every day without letting that experience or medical need disrupt the joys of life.
