To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Fritz is a Doxi/Shepherd mix who is fully grown at 1 year old. He's somewhat shy at first but once you earn his trust he is very goofy, loving and happy to see you. He LOVES dogs, in fact, he spent a good amount of time with many different dogs at Camp Run-a-Mutt. While he would be fine as an only dog, he would prefer a home with a dog companion as he can be very submissive and likes another dog to guide him and show him the ropes. He's crate and leash trained and is fine with cats.

Currently, and as mentioned, he attends doggy day care at Camp Run-a-Mutt in Kearny Mesa 5 days a week. He loves to run and play with all of the other doggies there. When he is not at camp he loves to run and play with his foster brother and sister or just curl up next to you while you watch TV or just hang out.
