To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Meet Mew! He is an adorable siamese/tabby mix which is a lynx point coloring that is ready for his new home!

Mew was abandoned by his previous owners and was rescued by ARWOB. He is now safe in a foster home and lives along with other adult cats. He is an amazing, sweet, curious, cuddly and playful young adult cat. This handsome fella would love to find a new family who will take pet ownership seriously and not discard him like an object. He loves children and is a calm, gentle, but loving, giant.

Mr. Mew can be adopted into a home with other cats easily as he is very easy going or as an only cat in the home, he would be happy to be the only kid as well. He seems to be scared of dogs.
