To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

This is Moya!

She is a fantastic, sweet and loving dog. Moya adores people and gets along with everyone. She is a bit timid in new situations but adjusts quickly once she knows she's safe. Moya is house trained, does not bark and is great with cats. An Apartment, Condo or house with small back yard would all be a good fit for her.

Moya has an occasional limp from a past surgery on her hind leg. She has been to the orthopedic surgeon and he says she has healed just fine. She does not require any further surgery.

Moya is very gentle and likes to play quietly. She would be perfect with small dogs or an older dog that still likes to play a little. Moya loves attention and is very, very affectionate. She likes to go for walks and is great on the leash but running may be a bit too much for her right now.
