Meet sweet Libby,
Libby will have better pictures taken soon. Libby is a young adult who was abandoned by her owners at the vet when they brought her in for grooming and never came back. Several attempts to contact the owners and 2 weeks later nothing. Obviously the owners abandoned her.
The vet contacted ARWOB to take her into a foster system while she finds a loving family, can that be you? Libby seems to be a little shy of strangers but would you blame her? She likely misses her family, however, she is a funny and sweet little girl.
