Meet Mister, a sweet, loving, and very playful dog who was rescued in 12/2012 off the streets of Baja. He was so malnurished it took a few months for him to fully recover. We then realized he had papiloma which took a few extra months to treat. Today Mister has done a 180: he knows how to be a family dog, and is now healthy and ready to be adopted!
Mister is a strong 50lb spaniel mix. He will need an adopter who is active to keep him mentally stimulated/entertained. His adopter should plan to take him for hikes, runs or have a big yard for him to play and run around. He is ok with dogs, but he is an alpha dog and will not do well with other alpha dogs. He is house trained and rides well in the car. He does alright in the crate.
He will need an adopter who can work with him on obedience and walking on the leash, otherwise he is a handsome, playful, loving dog who will be a great companion.
