To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Pee wee, an adorable small breed shepherd mix who is almost full grown and we believe he will not be bigger than 20 pounds full grown. With a longer body and shorter legs, but the coat and face of a Belgian shepherd, we believe he is a chi/shepherd/doxi mix.
He was found on the streets of Ensenada back in March while he was infested with ticks and fleas and malnourished. He is a sweet, gentle guy with a little bit of a shy personality, but not a scared personality. He would be a great companion and he does well around dogs and cats. He is crate trained and rides well in the car.
