Meet Star!
She was found inside a trash can (probably looking for food) by a good samaritan who took her into a vet and paid for her vaccines and deworming. Friends of ARWOB then notified us about her.
She is a cute and cuddly DSH mix who currently weighs about 4 lbs. She is a very loving kitten who is playful, curious, and full of kitten energy.
Star is extremely playful and VERY outgoing...she LOVES running around, playing, and playing some more! She loves playing with other cats, and can play hard with them, but will learn playtime skills as she spends more time with them. We think that she hadn't had much of an opportunity to socialize and play with other kitties before she was rescued and is SO happy to have playmates!
Because she can play hard and can give little love nips in a playful way, it is best at this point in her life, that she be with children only over the age of 10 who understand that fingers are not used like toys.
She is litter-boxed trained and learning how to be a well-behaved kitten in the house. She's UTD on vaccinations, is dewormed, spayed, microchipped, and completely healthy.
Star is currently located in the PetSmart Cat Adoption Center in Oceanside. You are welcome to come by and visit her during store hours. If you are interested in adopting STAR, please fill out an adoption application online.
