Meet Missy.
Missy was exited from the local SD shelter after staying there for almost 2 weeks with no owners claiming her and no adoptions. She came in with horrible ear and skin infections to which she is still being treated. She may be susceptible to recurrent ear infections later in life, but for now she is progressively doing better. Although she won't be ready for adoption until after 10/10/15, we are accepting adoption applications to start the process of having Missy find a new loving forever family who will love her and care for her so she doesn't end up in a shelter again.
